
Administrative Services
In addition to designing and installing water treatment systems, Fresh Nibi provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to help ensure long-term success. This includes reviewing relevant policies, contracts, water quality data, and historical system performance to better understand current challenges and anticipate future risks. We assist in planning and logistics related to system reliability, continuity, and emergency preparedness, particularly in the event of plant failure or service disruptions.
To strengthen community self-sufficiency, Fresh Nibi also supports workforce development by helping identify local candidates for water system training and certification. We provide hands-on support to build capacity within the community, including routine maintenance planning, system monitoring, and preparedness drills.
Our role goes beyond service delivery—we work alongside your leadership to ensure the water systems remain reliable, well-managed, and community-led for years to come.

System Maintenance Coordinator
This team member will be responsible for regularly checking each home’s system, replacing parts when needed—such as filters or light components—and responding quickly to any issues. They’ll be out in the community, working directly with families to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Their presence helps prevent small issues from becoming bigger problems.

Water System Support Technician
(Training Role)
A hands-on position for local trainees, this role provides learning opportunities through real-world experience. Participants will work alongside experienced staff to gain the knowledge and routines needed to keep systems running day-to-day. Over time, they’ll be equipped to take on more responsibility in supporting their own community’s water systems.

Preparedness & Planning Assistant
This role focuses on supporting the community through the planning and installation of reliable water system solutions. It includes coordinating system design, identifying appropriate technologies, and ensuring proper installation and setup of infrastructure. The role also involves organizing resources, supporting implementation timelines, and working with partners to ensure systems are installed efficiently and meet community needs. The goal is to establish safe, sustainable, and well-planned water access for the community..

Community Engagement Lead
This role focuses on building trust and clear communication between Fresh Nibi and the community. They’ll work closely with local leadership and households to share updates, gather feedback, and ensure everyone understands the process. Their goal is to support community involvement and ownership throughout the project.
